AMANAH CONSULTINGS GROUP was established on July 1, 2025 as a limited liability company and operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its internal charter.

The company has full legal entity status and, under its own name, may enter into contracts, own property, hold bank accounts, and act as a plaintiff or defendant in court.

Founder: Khasanov Khusan Vahobovich is the sole participant and 100% owner of the company’s charter capital (Charter, Chapter III).

Charter Capital: Formed in the amount of 20,000,000 UZS (Charter, Chapter VI).

Legal Address: 107 Amir Temur Street, Yunusobod District, Tashkent City.

According to Chapter IV of the Charter, the company’s main areas of activity are defined, with the following directions in Islamic finance taking special prominence:
✔ Banking, takaful, sukuk, audit, and consulting services.
✔ Sharia-compliant projects, investments, and financial products.
✔ Trainings, education, production, and technological services.

All activities formed under the company’s charter are implemented through an approach based on honesty and Shariah principles.
